How Our Network Works

Request an estimate to get started

Who You Talk To

You talk to independent providers, not to staff at Secretaryrob Septic. Each one runs its own business, sets its own prices and decides which jobs to take. Secretaryrob Septic simply passes your request along and keeps the list of providers in the network.

What Happens After You Send a Request

First, you describe the problem. A few photos and notes make this easier. Next, interested providers reach out by phone, email or both. Some will ask follow-up questions. Others may suggest a visit before giving a firm number. Timing varies by provider, and many can respond quickly, but nobody can promise a set window.

You may hear from more than one provider. That is on purpose. It gives you something to compare.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

Keep a list handy. A good provider will not mind answering these:

  • What exactly is included in this estimate?
  • Could the price change once the work starts, and why?
  • Are the licenses and permits for this job in place?
  • What will you check besides the obvious problem?
  • How will you leave the yard, the lid and the access area?
  • Will you give me notes or photos of what you found?
  • Do you also handle water well service, if I have a well?

Write down the answers next to each provider's name. Side by side, the differences often become clear.

Paperwork Ready

Keep your own folder. Save the estimates, photos, dates and any receipts. If you plan to speak with your insurer, some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

You Set the Pace

You do not have to decide on the first call. Compare, then decide. Say yes to the provider who feels right, ask for more detail, or step away for a day. There is no obligation, and no one on this site will hurry you.
